The restaurant L'Allée des vignes is now the Maison du Safran, a unique place in France. The former presbytery is a veritable showcase for this red gold. In the kitchen, chef Claude-Emmanuel Robin is still at the helm with his renowned talent. In the boutique, you'll find a wide range of products featuring saffron. You can also learn more about saffron in an area dedicated to the saffron-making profession and the spice. Worth a visit!
