Located in the old town of Cahors, Cuisine Côté Sud is a restaurant at lunchtime, a caterer in the evening, and a tableware store during the day. Chef David Blanco, president of the Bonnes Tables du Lot, revisits local products and proposes recipes from other countries, always with elegance. Foie gras is rediscovered with a tarragon jelly, duck with figs is prepared as a steak, and the desserts recall memories of childhood or travel. Nous y avons fait notre repas de mariage le 23 décembre dernier... Nous avons été chouchoutés. Nos invités ont eu le luxe de pouvoir choisir leur plat et à l unanimité C EST DÉLICIEUX.

Une cuisine française de qualité. De bons produits et du talent en cuisine. Un service charmant, une soif de transmettre aux jeunes. Je donnerais volontiers une 6e étoile.
