The Couture family presents its great Cahors wines, its range of IGP Côtes du Lot, its ratafia, traditional aperitif, and its grape juice. The story of the passion for the vine begins in 1470 with the Couture family, where we find the trace of an ancestor, winegrower of the Lord of Albas. More recently, the imprint of a great-great-grandmother gave her first name to the property: all these ancestors have bequeathed centuries of know-how and love for the precious garnet-colored liquid. Winner of the Septuor des Entreprises 2022 in the "International" category.

The first deed of purchase of vines found dates back to 1868. At a young age, Didier Pelvillain joined his parents on the family estate. Always striving for excellence, today rewarded by the High Environmental Value Farming certification, he has driven the development of his vineyard which now covers 52 ha, spread over the 3 terroirs of the Cahors appellation: Château du Port and Château de Cénac in Albas and Domaine du Théron in Prayssac.
