Petit Futé's opinion on LA FERME VIGNECOISE
To visit the house Coustalat in Vignec is to discover the real products of the soil in situ. The Vignécoise Farm is both a breeding, processing and canning facility. Here, the black pig of Bigorre is shaken in the nature to be transformed into terrines, sausages, ventrèches, hams, confits... All the products are on sale in the shop alongside cooked dishes such as garbure or daube or specialities of fattened duck from the neighbouring Gers. Everything is excellent and you won't leave here without some souvenir jars.

Open Tuesday to Friday; Saturday. Schedules vary according to the season. Consult the website. Delivery possible (online shop with secure payment). Shop with canned food and fresh products, made from the black pork of Bigorre (PDO black ham of Bigorre and black pork meat of Bigorre) and fattened duck. Breeding and canning on the site, restaurant open in high season and school holidays.
