maison Regaud has been making duck foie gras for 40 years. You'll find traditional duck foie gras, but also the excellent, delicate goose foie gras. The cannery offers cured meats, sweet and savory recipes such as foie gras terrines with figs, and prepared dishes like cassoulet with goose confit and exotic duck sausage rougail. Excellent Produits j achète chaque année et je ne suis pas décu Bien au contraire, j adore leur magret séché fumé, la Saussure de canard et les conserves de tajine canard olive et canard aux cèpes entre autres , je les soutiens dans la difficulté de la période , comme tous les producteurs comme eux .

Try lounge winegrowers of Cagnes the 6/5/2013: deplorable welcome and more grave is terrines offered can not be enjoyed; : they are inedible.
