The know-how of the Uchan family is known throughout the region since the cheese factory welcomes 13,000 visitors per year! They make cheese from the cow's milk they raise. Michel welcomes you and explains the techniques and processes of transformation of cow's milk into Pyrenean tomme. The visit ends with the maturing cellar. You can of course buy their excellent products on the spot, which in addition to cheese, include cooked dishes such as the famous Tarbais beans, and charcuterie.
