Formerly a renowned baker in the South-West, Grégory Neveu now offers artisanal ice creams made with milk from a farm less than 5 minutes from his ice cream parlour. The quality is beyond reproach: the ice creams are free of flavoring and coloring. Sorbets are made with fruit only. Frozen desserts are also available, such as the famous Norwegian omelette or vacherin. Le Néous' speciality is the bandoulier glacé, inspired by the Lannemezan speciality, creating a blend of tradition and innovation.
