The opening hours leave no doubt about the freshness of the bread and pastries offered by Eric Salvignol. His organic flours come from the Moulin de la Ribère, an old-fashioned mill, where the grains are crushed with a stone millstone. The raw milk is delivered by the farm every morning, the fruits come from the surrounding orchards... as you can see, Eric does not compromise with quality and buys directly from the best local producers. A delightful treat!
