For the boss David de Grande, butchery is a passion. And that feels like it! There is no need to go far enough to eat its chops or boulettes: visit the area of the Paved Coast! You will be able to taste the Veau calf, Sorèze pork, Landaises poultry, the Lamb Label of the Pyrenees… We would eat it! Don't hesitate to climb the coast of Avenue Jean Rieux to sample Toulouse sausage as well as delicious catering dishes on site.
