The House of Lamb opened its doors in the city of Isaure in 1946. It was then the market of Saint-Cyprien. Today, it takes place in the Victor Hugo market, in a very large box, entirely devoted to meat of wool beast. Here you can find everything relating to sheep, lamb or goat, in the form of leg, chops, shoulder,… to concocter delicious dishes, oven and barbecue.
