This pretty little shop offers the sweets of the Vicens house, a Catalan institution. This family business has been making artisanal turrón since 1775! The turrón, or turrón in Spanish, is a delicacy that was traditionally served at Christmas dinner. As generations pass by, it has become a habit to enjoy them all year round! The original recipe contains 70% marzipan, with honey, sugar and egg added. In the Vicens shop, you will find tablets made in the pure tradition, but also many other tempting variations. Feel free to ask the owner for advice and information.
