The Pillon chocolate factory has been in business since 1967. Three generations of Toulousans have enjoyed its top-of-the-range chocolate collections, enhanced by a demanding selection of crus. The Pavé du Capitole, a Carupano dark ganache with Piedmont hazelnut praline and a few cubes of orange, is the city's signature chocolate. It has contributed to the house's reputation! Two downtown boutiques: rue Ozenne and rue d'Austerlitz. The good news is that they also serve as tea rooms. For gourmets living on the outskirts of Toulouse, four boutiques in Blagnac, Tournefeuille, Castanet and L'Union offer an identical range of delicacies.

Très déçue par le service...Malgré l'attention portée au transport, pas de fausse notes de ma part...1 des 3 gâteaux d'anniversaire offerts pour ma mère était à l'arrivée bien mal loti puisque déposé dans la boite sur la tranche...c'était un 'Murmure' ...la mousse et la mûre au dessus s'était écrasés...dommage pour une enseigne comme Pillon que les vendeuses ne soient pas plus délicates...Vu le prix d'un gâteau, je m'attendais à plus de finesse dans le service.

Chocolate is perfect! the flashes chocolate are the best of Toulouse. The welcome is not always equal and the prices are savoury than sweet LOL

Extremely disappointed by the crown of the kings of taste and the price: the 10th crown 200 gr, the 20th large model (400 gr?). Perfume is not bad but texture is compact. J were used to me for pastry olive tree where the crown was excellent a price decent. I would have been that this very good pastry chef of the olive tree remains there...
