Also based on the outskirts of Toulouse, this artisan chocolatier creates hand-crafted products that bring back childhood memories: praline bears, cat's tongues and melt-in-your-mouth balls sit alongside classics such as mendiants, ganache bites and kirsch cherries. In homage to the pink city, discover the postcard bar, 100% dark chocolate with Capitole, Airbus, Saint-Sernin, Pont Neuf and the Languedoc cross in relief. All the symbols are there.
