Place de l'Estrapade, in the Saint-Cyprien district, is a store that Toulousans love: gourmet, friendly and surprising. Gourmet, of course, because it's first and foremost a chocolatier. And friendly, because it's also a hot chocolate lounge! So take the time to savour a cup as you watch the master craftsmen at work in their workshop behind the glass roof. Surprisingly, Cacao Fages also features a gallery. A photo exhibition, you think? Not at all: chocolate sculptures are on display! Brothers Jérémy and Sylvain Fages are at the helm of this fine establishment, and they organize courses, always as gourmet as ever, around chocolate, of course!

Open Mondays, 1 pm to 7:30 pm; Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. Open Sundays from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm from October 1 to May 31.

In the district of Saint-Cyprien, in Toulouse, a great hot chocolate lounge is revealed. Created by Jérémy, chocolatier, and his brother Sylvain, in charge of the store, this establishment proposes chocolate in all its states. You can buy truffles, bars created from different kinds of cocoa, or sweets like fruit jellies or gingerbread. You can admire Jeremy's chocolate sculptures or taste their delicious hot chocolates. He and his brother, concerned about working with quality products, only offer products made with cocoa from small cooperatives and local companies. And if you want to be a little more aware of the cause, you can always participate in their workshops!
