After delighting guests at his restaurant-grocery, Kevin Pinelli continues his Corsican-Toulouse adventure by opening a lodge at the famous Victor Hugo market. It's a showcase for Corsican terroir, a place where Toulouse's finest gourmet artisans rub shoulders. The market version of Le Petit Bastia is a specialized grocery store stocked with all the essentials of Corsican gastronomy, from charcuterie and cheese to PDO olive oil, honey, cookies, wine, beer and even Orezza sparkling water... There's also a catering area where you can take home the dishes you enjoyed at the restaurant, including the famous veal sauté with olives. Viva a Corsica!
