Cité de l'espace accessible to disabled people, offering certain conferences and animations translated into sign language

Do you dream of space, of going aboard a space shuttle? This is the visit not to be missed, to meet the stars. Designed as an interactive place, the Cité de l'Espace is for the whole family. Count on a full day visit.

In the park, discover the life-size model of the Ariane 5 rocket, wander through the cosmos, enter real spacecraft, such as the duplicate of the MIR space station that the Russians used on the ground for tests!

The IMAX room, completely renovated in 2020 with a 400 m² screen, offers spectacular cinematic projections. Until 2025, the projected film immerses us " In the eyes of Thomas Pesquet "!

In the rooms of the main building, discover the life of astronauts, relive the first steps on the moon whose 50th anniversary was celebrated in 2019 (only 12 of them have walked on its ground!), experience weightlessness and the constraints of space for man and a possible implantation. You will also learn about the weather, by understanding how the weather is predicted with a forecaster from Météo France. Then discover the sun in all its colors thanks to the surprising images taken by the SOHO probe.

The new generation planetarium is among the 3 most powerful in the world. Comfortably installed under a half-sphere dome, the planets are aligned. Finally, the Cité des Petits welcomes the young public in a playful space that presents the professions of space (preparing the rocket, organizing the launch mission...).
