After working for seven years in Parisian architectural agencies, Stéphane Carrade de Luca settled in Toulouse in 2004, where he created his own Concept Architecture agency. As a graduate of the Boulle (Furniture and Layout) school and ARCHITECT architecture, it addresses all the projects entrusted to it as a whole: the architectural design, the technical constraints and the details of interior architecture, layout constraints, custom furnishings, always in a constant concern for space optimization. It also provides you with the most appropriate answers in the following areas: construction and extension of individual houses, rehabilitation, interior arrangement, commercial architecture (shops, crèches, restaurants, bars, hotels…), buildings of real estate.

The Phaarchitecture agency helps you realize your real estate project with transparency of information about various missions and their costs. The progress of the project takes place in 4 stages, starting with listening, commitment and realisation, while not forgetting to focus on the technicality of your work. The whole is mastered by a woman, Hélène Perpen, architect D.P.L.G.

Hosted by the architect D.P.L.G (government graduate) Jean-Marc Durin, this agency deals with collective residences, university campuses, and also estates. Always with the aim of creating environments conducive to the development of the person!

Since 1981, this interior architectural firm, located near the square of the Grand-Rond in Toulouse, has a team of nine people (architect ARCHITECT, interior architect, designer…) who is working to shape your ideas and your desires. The firm is well-equipped with villas, shops, and offices in a very clean and contemporary style.
