The CDT 31 is based in Toulouse and has a branch in Saint-Gaudens. Among its many missions, it is in charge of the development of culture, sports and tourism. The Rectorat de Toulouse is responsible for implementing the educational policy defined by the government, in partnership with the communes for primary education, the Conseils Généraux for collèges and the region for lycées.
