The members of the association are experienced employees or former professionals, about fifty people in all, who become "godparents" of job seekers, for individualized support. Workshops are regularly organized to create practical situations useful to all around themes such as stress management, job interviews, networking or self-confidence. Exchange and sharing are the basis of this springboard to employment for the two hundred or so "godchildren" welcomed each year.
