Each bean is roasted on the premises, and then passed through the percolator once ground - only 100% Arabica local coffees. Thanks to Valentin and his team for opening the doors every morning in a warm and welcoming setting overlooking the Garonne River and Pont-Neuf. Smart tip: brunch isn't just on Sundays!
