Café Ginette is a party place. Underneath its post-war bistro air, the place is attractive and charming, with its large room and wood-burning stove, Formica tables and schoolboy chairs, tree-lined courtyard and sunny terrace. Concerts, a good beer and a bite to eat... that's all it took to make Ginette the trendy bar of Toulouse's suburbs. Located just beyond the Canal du Midi, in the ever-changing Minimes district, it serves mackerel, pork belly and rice pudding.
