To enjoy beautiful evenings in the open air, there is nothing better than a guinguette. They are becoming more and more numerous every summer, for our greatest happiness. Often ephemeral, they represent the conviviality and the franchouillard spirit around a small glass of white wine. Formerly called "guinguet", it was consumed in popular drinking establishments developed along the waterways, a place for boating outside the cities, in the 19th century. The Garonne (port of Viguerie, quay of Tounis...) or the Canal du Midi do not escape this tradition.
