Installed since 1889 in the Esquirol district, this wine bar is classified as a heritage of the city of Toulouse. Barrels serving as tables, murals signed by Paul Almérie who used to pay for his drinks with his works of art give a unique touch to the first floor room. All kinds of wines, aperitifs and spirits are offered, with a plate of tapas to accompany them. Of course, one should not forget the famous quinquina which makes the reputation of the bar. For lunch, the establishment suggests varied menus according to the seasons and cooked with fresh products: kidney with mustard, pancakes with Armagnac, omelette with ceps, etc.
