The Pivolo (name of a gascon hero in modern aviation) is the natural extension of the J'GO restaurant, organized around a bar, an open brick terrace all year round and a antidote salon. We are familiar with the bouche that concentrates the know-how of J's cooks and the excellence of the great southwest products: homemade meats, mini burgers, vegetable chips, oysters, spring rolls, fatty livers of farm duck ducks, black ham of Bigorre, cheeses with raw milk… At the bar, find a subjective but enthusiastic selection of champagnes, armagnacs, gins, rums and whiskies.
