LES JARDINS DE CANDIE
This ephemeral "guinguette" sets up its tent in the gardens of the Domaine de Candie wine-growing estate (very pretty, lit up with garlands). Deliciously shaded, it welcomes you from June to the end of September. The extensive menu caters for all palates. Meats grilled on vine stocks: black Gascon pork, Aubrac beef, Toulouse sausage, Ariège chicken, trout from the Pyrenees (we play local and quality)... and vegetable tapas (hummus made from Domaine chickpeas or zucchini carpaccio). You can also come for cocktails and parties, with live music on Wednesdays and DJ nights from Thursday to Saturday.
