You'll find the charm and conviviality of a tastefully decorated establishment where it's great to share a dinner with friends or a business lunch, as the dining room can accommodate up to 150 guests! On the lovely terrace, you may even bump into a few rugby players! We love the brasserie-style dishes, concocted from quality ingredients. On the menu: beef tartare, wood-grilled meats, but also burger, pan-fried chipirons, salads... The dessert menu revisits the great classics: the famous profiteroles burger, the Mont-Blanc-style cup, the caramel crème renversée... Committed to a CSR approach and giving pride of place to local produce, the restaurant offers a menu combining authenticity and generosity. Starters include mimosa eggs with tuna ventresca and homemade country terrine with chestnuts. For main courses, the cassolette of veal kidneys with mustard and the cassoulet from Maison Pergo are a must. Salmon confit with sorrel sauce is another fine option.
