In the lively Peyrolières street, between the Capitole and the Daurade, the Boca is a concept of bar that the Spanish are familiar with: A mini-sandwiches bar! Here you forget the English-style sandwich club or the half-winged ham chewing ham to the Parisians. The "boils" offered are small breads of tapas inspiration (bocadillos), revisited with taste of French papilla.
