Does Wabi-Sabi ring a bell? It's a Japanese concept that puts priorities back in their proper place: taking a better look at what's around us, however modest, and appreciating the slowness of time. So here, along the busy and pressing Rue du Taur, we're talking slow food, but above all, very good food. The "modest" store attracts lovers of real tastes and daring sweets with its sandwiches inspired by Japanese and Italian street-food. There's always a dish of the day to warm up. You can mix sweet and savory, and leave feeling full and relaxed. This should satisfy Vincent and Jérémy, the two brothers at the helm of the project.

I basically love everything about this place. It is really cozy, owner and everybody are friendly, and food is just so beautiful. I felt so much passion that the owner put into the food, and I would love to come back when I come to this city again! Difinately recommend!
Les chefs sont super sympa
La salle est un peu petite mais la décoration est belle et cosi on s'y s'en bien
Les pâtisseries et les sandwichs sont juste délicieux
Nous nous sommes régaler et recommandont sans hésitations vraiment vous ne serrez pas déçu
Pour les personnes portant comme moi une chirurgie bariatrique les pâtisseries sont de tailles idéale ( et très peu sucré juste ce qu'il faut)
Pour les sandwich vous avez la possibilité d'acheter un demi sandwich c'est juste super ????

お店のオーナーが日本語が堪能で日本語でも説明をして下さりました。
漬物(沖縄の漬物のレシピとのことです)がサンドイッチの付け合わせとして登場しましたが、そちらもとても美味しく、サンドイッチとの相性も抜群でした。
ケーキは美しく、味も最高に美味しかったです。
また必ず行きたいです????
