You can enjoy this gourmet garnish at their home in Busca, a pretty neighborhood on the outskirts of the Jardin des Plantes. The idea behind Les Filoches is to offer quality burgers, well-risen buns, a simple menu, reasonable prices and good, good food. The beef is prepared Burgundian-style, the pork is tenderized with beer and the chicken is crispy and golden. Vegetarian friends, you're not forgotten! The sweet potato galette is "topissime". You can choose from a menu or a solo burger, and enjoy it on the square in front of the shop window, or take it home with you.
