Here, the concept is to eat healthy and balanced. The address is aimed (sic!) at "young" urbanites whose busy days are lived at a frenetic pace. For lunch or afternoon coffee, the menu selects local, healthy, gluten-free products, with a vitamin content to boost the body in the form of club sandwiches, vegan cereal bars, protein cookies... Pita breads and Viennese loaves come from the bakery next door. Is fresher possible? Le Futé gave it a try: the only downside was that the bread was soggy from the juicy vegetables on top. Great decor, friendly welcome, terrace on the lively rue du Taur.

Cependant, dommage que la gérante ne parle pas toujours bien au staff de son équipe et parfois même aux clients…
La formule brunch est à 30€, je respecte le fait que ce soit pour la qualité des produits servis mais pas pour autre chose.
Possibilité de choisir son plat sans gluten, sans lactose, etc. Belle initiative ✨
