You'll be eating everything raw at Les Crulottés! Raw, or almost entirely raw! The tofu is fried and the duck gizzard confit. Or so we hope... You'll find this address on Place Dupuy. The setting is charming, a touch Scandinavian with a hint of Toulouse in the exposed fairground bricks. The team likes to work in a happy, cheerful atmosphere. The plates are beautifully laid out and the taste invites us to rediscover the flavors of uncooked products: a play on seasonings and floral notes.
