Good address offering Iberian cuisine and meats.

Bodega Don Pancho has been delighting Toulouse since 1982! A benchmark for aficionados of authentic Spanish cuisine, it is run by el señor Ramon, a native of Asturias, and his son Boris. Their Iberian cuisine juggles sea and mountains. You'll appreciate the copious fish parrilladas a la plancha. Around the large fireplace, true connoisseurs can choose from a display case the piece of meat they would like to have grilled. To round out the menu, the chef prepares seasonal suggestions. A great address!

Je recommande vivement. Cuisine savoureuse, service très pro avec une serveuse très agréable et à l'écoute. Franchement à refaire.

Cependant, deux points ont clairement gâché l’expérience. D’une part, le service laissait à désirer : les serveurs semblaient désorganisés, peu attentifs, et manquaient d’enthousiasme. On avait presque l’impression de déranger. D’autre part, l’hygiène générale du lieu était discutable. Les tables n’étaient pas très propres, certaines zones du restaurant auraient mérité un bon coup de balai, et les toilettes laissaient franchement à désirer.
Ambiance aucune.
