Since 2018, the Laure dynamic has been taking over the stoves at this address, which is very popular with meat lovers. The decoration has been redesigned with a brighter setting, but the spirit of the place, warm and authentic, has remained the same. The cuisine of the South-West is carefully prepared, all the classics await you: country salad with duck gizzards and foie gras, duck breast, confit, Toulouse sausage or cassoulet. What can we say about the spectacular côte de boeuf to share, which is still the reputation of the company? A meat delicately roasted over a wood fire, accompanied by small fresh vegetables. Best restaurant in Toulouse. Best taste, best service and best atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. The meat was very tender and the sausage was very tasty.
le petit dessert heureusement n est pas trop copieux
par contre le bruit devient penible a la fin du repas (soir)
