The group of Chalets launches a new programme, the New Floralies, whose delivery is planned for 2014. It is part of the location of the former condominium of the Floralies. Some of the inhabitants will be relocated on site, but part of the programme, seventy houses, is also open for hire-accession (PSLA) to all those who wish. These are apartments from the T 1 to the T 5. The residence, located in the heart of a residential area of Ramonville, close to the city centre, will be integrated into the eco-district Maragon-Floralies.

Ramonville-Saint-Agne is a welcoming town for newcomers, thanks to the AVF cultural association.
