Domaine Le Roc wines have earned a magnificent reputation. Here, wines made from négrette grapes are given intensity of color, while maintaining a broad, fruity character. Among the cuvées on offer, the Don Quichotte has a brilliant, deep garnet color. Rich, floral nose and fruity mouthfeel... What a delight! The estate takes part in the Fronton Fête et Saveurs festival, where its vintages can be tasted at various venues in and around Toulouse. It also offers a range of seasonal events. A great address.

Je viens de goûter "La Folle Noire d'Ambat" 2020 = je n'ai jamais rien bu d'aussi mauvais. Pas de nez. Un goût de ferraille.

Toujours un excellent accueil. J'y emmène régulièrement des amis et invités et la dégustation est toujours un plaisir et une découverte. J'apprends à chaque fois quelque-chose sur le vin ou sur cette pittoresque exploitation familiale riche en anecdotes.
