Located in the ^19th century château de Capdeville, this tasting and sales area serves as a showcase for the AOP Fronton appellation. The wines of Domaine Le Roc are becoming increasingly popular. Here, the wines made from négrette are given intensity in the colour, while supporting the broadness of the fruit. Amongst the cuvées on offer, the Don Quichotte has a brilliant, deep garnet colour. A rich, floral nose and a fruity mouth... What happiness! The estate takes part in the Fronton fête le printemps festival, which allows you to taste its wines in various places in and around Toulouse. It also offers various events according to the season. Marie-Ange and Jérôme Soriano welcome you to this estate of twenty-five hectares of vines, which they endeavour to cultivate with respect for its natural environment. They keep the spirit of the château they took over a few years ago and perpetuate the négrette tradition, with four red wines, all of which are AOP Fronton. Marie-Ange and Jérôme also venture down more daring paths, with, for example, a Dolce Vita rosé with floral scents to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, or a dry white with pear and grapefruit aromas.

It is the union of 4 historical cellars of the region all producing red and rosé wines from the négrette grape. The Fronton appellation area extends over 20 communes established on stony terraces between the Tarn and Garonne. Fronton is the first producer of rosé wine in the South-West of France and was awarded the title of "best rosé in the world" in 2016. Born in 1868, the family estate is now in the hands of the sixth generation. The twenty-three hectare vineyard extends over the communes of Fronton, Pompignan and Fabas. Aged in the old cob cellar, the very typical wines have become a must for the good tables of the region. The entire production is bottled at the property. Grape varieties: 50% négrette, syrah, cabernet franc, sauvignon and côt. The red wines are matured in vats or in oak barrels and are awarded prizes each year, as well as the Julie vintage for the rosé.

The Bellevue-la-Forêt estate and its 112 hectares are the result of an adventure started in 1974. The main grape variety is negrette, but it is also associated with syrah, cabernet franc or sauvignon and gamay. You will be able to discover the various vintages, from the Classic to the Optimum in red, the Classic and Royal Forest rosés. Smart idea: follow one of the two routes of the Fronton vineyard which end with a tasting. On sunny days, a guinguette welcomes you!

Château Laurou is a winery located in Fronton, about 30 km from Toulouse. In the heart of the Fronton PDO, the château produces a variety of quality wines.
