A must for all gourmets who wish to treat themselves with a quality sweet: the Pène house! Heirs to a family tradition, Jean-Louis and Hélène represent the fourth generation of chocolate makers. Their specialties are presented in the window: one comes here to treat oneself to a blueberry tart or a pie, a luchonnais (a dacquoise filled with blueberry, the fruit of the mountains par excellence), or a Pyrenean fir tree (a homemade variant of the spit cake!), a croustade or chocolates.

Nous sommes allés sans hésiter dans cette pâtisserie renommée acheter des tartes à la myrtille individuelles.
La pâte (feuilletée peut-être !) était parfaitement IMMANGEABLE ! Achat regrettable et gênant car nous étions invités.
