The Muscovy ducks spend their days outdoors. They are force-fed with white corn grown on site, and slaughtered and processed on the farm. The store offers a wide range of delicious home-made products: foies gras, confits, fresh or dried duck breasts, cooked dishes, traditional (cassoulets, tajines...) or festive (whole royal duck, duck breast stuffed with foie gras...).
