Le Vigneron has been Buzet-sur-Baïse's must-try restaurant for over 35 years. What's on the menu? Traditional French dishes: tripe à la tomate, palombe confite, tête de veau sauce ravigote, cheek of beef simmered in Buzet wine, or noisettes de biche à la plancha...
