Roseline and Jérôme have taken over the Perotto family farm. Breeders and feeders of fattened ducks, Jérôme has also developed the free-range rearing of organic Black Pigs. They welcome visitors to the farm to share their passion. You can experience the differences between foie gras with yellow fat and white foie gras. Explanations, tastings and you'll leave with preserves (pâtés, confits, rillettes...) and various home-made charcuterie products, as well as a wide range of ready-made dishes, guaranteed free from colorants and GMOs.
