Aurian has been a distiller and wine and armagnac merchant since 1880. In his bottling cellar, Philippe Aurian, the fourth of the name, offers wonderfully smooth armagnacs. This master liqueur maker distributes his artisanal productions throughout France: blackberry and blackcurrant liqueur with armagnac, vine peach liqueur, wild strawberry liqueur, orange armagnac liqueur, to name but a few. He also makes aperitif wines, sweets and prunes with armagnac, delights with the flavors of yesteryear.

Une visite exceptionnelle à la découverte de la fabrication de l’Armagnac : Gérard nous a transmis avec passion tout le savoir-faire autour de ce bel alcool. Et la dégustation en fin de visite était tout simplement parfaite. Un grand merci !

We had a wonderful tour at Masion Aurian by Isabelle, the owner, who is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and passionate about her work. Not only we learned a lot about the process of making and aging the armagnac in the cellars, but also had a very interesting chat about the international winery business. At the end, we had a chance to taste the spirits. Highly recommend!

Très belle visite guidée - gratuite - des installations. Malheureusement, il y avait un groupe d'une quarantaine de personnes qui parlaient tout le temps pendant la visite... Le guide a fait son possible. On apprend beaucoup sur l'élaboration de l'Armagnac. Belle dégustation à la fin. Suggestion à la maison Aurian: peut-être faudrait-il réduire la taille des groupes pour un meilleur échange d'info. Merci.
