For three generations, the Gourc family has been criss-crossing the département with gusto to offer the best fish around! If you don't stop by the little store in Biass, where Le Petit Futé highly recommends Lætitia Sirba's homemade gravlax or smoked salmon, you should know that the Gourc family is hyperactive and even doubles up, since you'll find them at every market in the département and even further afield! On Tuesdays, they're in Villeneuve, Aiguillon and even Valence-d'Agen, on Wednesdays in Agen place du Pin, Lavardac and at the Villeneuve-sur-Lot organic market, on Thursdays in Libos and Laroque Timbaut, on Fridays in Sainte-Livrade and Aiguillon, on Saturdays in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Tonneins, Marmande and even Montaigu-de-Quercy and Sainte-Foy-la-Grande and finally, on Sundays, also in Agen place du Pin.
