When leaving or arriving in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, on the road, take the time to visit Bias and discover the surprising "maison aux assiettes" (Senelles castle) whose exterior facades are decorated with earthenware, porcelain and ceramics. You can also visit the pretty castle of Favols, whose oldest parts date back to the 13th century, and especially the church of Notre-Dame-de-Bias, restored in 2009, whose red, green and blue colours illuminate the interior. In 2010, the Villeneuve painter François Peltier created a magnificent Way of the Cross painted directly on the walls, a superb work of national fame.
