Carine and Arnaud Chotard work with their partners, local duck and goose breeders, to promote local farm produce and prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Many of their dishes have won medals at the Concours Agricole. You can buy preserved, cooked and semi-cooked foies gras, stuffed magrets, pâtés, rillettes, dry duck sausage with foie gras... all direct from the store. By reservation, they also prepare dishes on request for nearby gîtes. Maybe you'll try it!
