Carine and Arnaud Chotard work with their partner duck and goose breeders to transform their farm produce into delicious dishes. All products are homemade, and many have won medals at the Concours Général Agricole. You can buy preserved and semi-cooked foies gras, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, pâtés, rillettes and dry duck sausage with foie gras direct from the farm.
