Duck foie gras, gizzards, cassoulet au confit, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, duck daube... all homemade. Laurence continues the family tradition of force-feeding her ducks whole grains of corn. If you've been seduced by the estate and its atmosphere, Laurence also offers a comfortable gîte for rent.

Carine and Arnaud Chotard work with their partner duck and goose breeders to transform their farm produce into delicious dishes. All products are homemade, and many have won medals at the Concours Général Agricole. You can buy preserved and semi-cooked foies gras, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, pâtés, rillettes and dry duck sausage with foie gras direct from the farm.
