GRAND CAUSSES GAEC

In this large Caussenarde farm, 5 km east of Séverac, the cruel tale has not been repeated and Mr. and Mrs. Seguin watch over their flocks of lambs and ewes with the greatest care. The latter enjoy themselves on the Causses and give an abundance of milk that the farmers use, raw and whole, to make various cheeses.
