In this large Caussenarde farm, 5 km east of Séverac, the cruel tale has not been repeated and Mr. and Mrs. Seguin watch over their flocks of lambs and ewes with the greatest care. The latter enjoy themselves on the Causses and give an abundance of milk that the farmers use, raw and whole, to make various cheeses. In the dairy and the cellar, which you can visit after the breeding, you can learn the secrets of the different cheeses that are made here. The plus: the few gîtes available for rent.

Ensuite une vidéo dans l'ancienne bergerie climatisée, très bien faite avec toutes les étapes de la création de leur fromage.
Et surtout la dégustation des fromages dans la boutique, un très bon moment.
Je recommande le recuit avec une petite gelée de coing, miam-miam
