In Sainte-Radegonde, the Sanhes family, breeders of Montbeliarde cows, transform the milk of their cows into ice cream, directly on the farm. The Sanhes family has set itself demanding specifications: fresh fruit from the best farms in Aveyron - when possible, of course - natural flavours and, of course, no colouring or preservatives. The result? In no time at all, thirty or so perfectly balanced ice cream and sorbet flavours.
