Restaurant offering a tasty Pilgrim's menu with an unmatched quality/price ratio

Located in the heart of Conques, the Auberge Saint-Jacques peacefully winds down the years in the shadow of the abbey church. The thirteen recently renovated rooms offer charming simplicity and faultless comfort. In the restaurant, the authenticity of Aveyron is interpreted through dishes featuring the region's flagship products: sausage, pavé de boeuf, aligot, charcuterie, trout, laguiole PDO, rocamadour... On the first floor, the brasserie is also an opportunity for chefs to pass on their taste for good food.

Nous avons pris du foie gras en entrée , étant du sud de Toulouse , nous sommes de très bon connaisseurs en foie gras , je vous conseil vivement de ne pas le prendre ! Aucun goût , visuellement ne ressemble pas à du foie gras . Pour 16 euros dans l’assiette ça fait mal !

L’aligot autant l’acheter au supermarché !

Le service très lent …

Pour une auberge il est censé y avoir un minimum de qualité …

The hotel is that with the largest amplitude of opening to the year on Conques. Quite typical. All in length. With a fire weather requires it. Warm in the image of this charming village. Enjoy the off-season.
