Christine and Franck are artisan bakers, and won the prize for best baker in Aveyron in 2023. Here you'll find local specialties: flaune, fouace and a revisited panettone called paneflaune. All the breads are sourdough or organic, but what's original is that there's a different bread every day. The most popular is the boule des Templiers, a stone cake. A large sunny terrace serves hot snacks - vegetable tatins, pies... - and sandwiches.
